INGREDIENTS:
Monstruo de Gila New Mexico Salsa
Pizza dough
Mozzarella cheese (shredded or sliced)
Pulled pork (pre-cooked)
Jalapeños
Peach
Seasoning of choice for peach (we used peach bourbon and pepper)
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Prepare ingredients: slice jalapeños and peaches, make pizza dough if necessary
Pour New Mexico BBQ Salsa on pizza dough and spread out
Layer mozzarella, pulled pork, and jalapeños
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until crust is golden brown
Meanwhile, sauté peaches in butter and season
Add peaches to cooked pizza
Drizzle with New Mexico BBQ Salsa
