BBQ Pulled Pork Pizza with Peach and Jalapeño

INGREDIENTS:

  • Monstruo de Gila New Mexico Salsa

  • Pizza dough

  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded or sliced)

  • Pulled pork (pre-cooked)

  • Jalapeños

  • Peach

  • Seasoning of choice for peach (we used peach bourbon and pepper)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. Prepare ingredients: slice jalapeños and peaches, make pizza dough if necessary

  3. Pour New Mexico BBQ Salsa on pizza dough and spread out

  4. Layer mozzarella, pulled pork, and jalapeños

  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until crust is golden brown

  6. Meanwhile, sauté peaches in butter and season

  7. Add peaches to cooked pizza

  8. Drizzle with New Mexico BBQ Salsa
