INGREDIENTS:
Monstruo de Gila Sonoran Salsa
16 oz. ground beef
1 yellow onion
2 Pasilla peppers
2 large bell peppers
6 medium potatoes small diced
Mexican cheese blend
Guacamole
Lime
Southwest chipotle seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Smoked paprika
DIRECTIONS:
Small dice potatoes
In a bowl, toss potatoes, a drizzle of olive oil and seasonings to coat
Air fry potatoes at 400° for 10-15 mins
Chop peppers and onion into slivers
Sauté veggies until browned and tender
Cook beef until cooked through
Drain excess oil
Add Sonoran sauce
Serve in a bowl topped with guacamole, lime, and cheese
